I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Ivy Cottage. I placed an order for a sympathy bouquet, in hopes of a same day delivery. Not only was it delivered on the same day as promised, it was also delivered within hours of placing the order. This has won my future business going forward.

I recently ordered a sympathy plant from Ivy Cottage, and the experience was outstanding. The plant was reportedly beautiful (by the recipient), and the service was prompt. The florist even communicated with me after the delivery was made...exceptional service!
